  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 20 oz package of cheese tortellini, cooked according to package directions

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss diced chicken with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken until golden brown (6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  3. Lower heat and mix in softened cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan until melted and smooth.
