  • 200ml chicken stock

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 2 cups cooked white rice

  3. Stir in diced bell peppers and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  4. Pour in canned tomatoes and chicken stock; bring to a simmer. Cook uncovered for about 15–20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
