Ingredients
Scale
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 tsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chicken broth
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, blend the unsalted butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F). Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Deglaze the skillet with chicken broth by scraping up any browned bits. Stir in the butter mixture until smooth.
Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to absorb flavors.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy warm!
