  • 150g lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Avocado
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200C (400F). Toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden.
