  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • For the white glaze: 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp heavy cream or milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and beat until fluffy (about 4-5 minutes).
  3. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour and salt; gradually add to wet mixture until just combined. Fold in strawberries or puree.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top. Bake for 75-85 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
