  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine curry powder, ground cumin, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Add to the skillet and stir to coat the aromatics.
  3. Transfer beef cubes to the slow cooker. Pour in coconut milk and beef broth; add tomato paste and sautéed mixture. Mix thoroughly.
