  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp white distilled vinegar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 cup sour cream

  5. For the frosting, combine thawed Cool Whip with sour cream until blended.
  6. Once cooled, layer the cake with frosting in between each layer and on top.
