  • 1 15oz can White Cannellini Beans (rinsed & drained)
  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced and zested (1 Tbsp juiced)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp fresh Thyme
  • 2 tsp fresh Oregano
  • 2 tsp fresh Basil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Italian cheese blend (or plant-based cheese alternative)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine roasted artichokes, rinsed white beans, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well-blended.
  2. Add your choice of cheese to the mixture and pulse until smooth for creaminess.
