- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 12 Oreo cookies (Halloween kind or double stuffed)
- 36 pretzel sticks
- 12 small candy eyeballs
- 3 tablespoons sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate by combining the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for one minute, stirring halfway until fully melted.
- Break three pretzel sticks in half. Twist each Oreo apart and insert the pretzel halves into the cream side to create spider legs. Drizzle about half a teaspoon of melted chocolate over each Oreo before placing the blank wafer back on top.
- Dip one side of each assembled cookie into the remaining melted chocolate. Add candy eyeballs on top and finish with sprinkles.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
