1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
12 Oreo cookies (Halloween kind or double stuffed)
36 pretzel sticks
12 small candy eyeballs
3 tablespoons sprinkles
Instructions
Melt the chocolate by combining the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for one minute, stirring halfway until fully melted.
Break three pretzel sticks in half. Twist each Oreo apart and insert the pretzel halves into the cream side to create spider legs. Drizzle about half a teaspoon of melted chocolate over each Oreo before placing the blank wafer back on top.
Dip one side of each assembled cookie into the remaining melted chocolate. Add candy eyeballs on top and finish with sprinkles.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
