  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer, cut side down.
  4. Roast for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
