- 2 sheets of ready roll puff pastry (Vegan & gluten-free)
- 6 tablespoons of Vegan Nutella
- 2 medium bananas
- 3 tablespoons of dairy-free milk
- 2 tablespoons of caster/granulated sugar
- 1 packet of dairy-free white chocolate buttons
- 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into rectangles (about 4×6 inches).
- Place a tablespoon of Vegan Nutella on half of the rectangles and add sliced banana on top.
- Cover with another rectangle, sealing edges by pressing down or crimping with a fork.
- Cut thin strips from leftover pastry and lay them over each pie for a mummy effect.
- Brush with dairy-free milk for shine.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Once slightly cooled, drizzle melted dairy-free white chocolate on top and dust with icing sugar.
