Ingredients

  • 2 sheets of ready roll puff pastry (Vegan & gluten-free)
  • 6 tablespoons of Vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 3 tablespoons of dairy-free milk
  • 2 tablespoons of caster/granulated sugar
  • 1 packet of dairy-free white chocolate buttons
  • 2 tablespoons of icing sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into rectangles (about 4×6 inches).
  3. Place a tablespoon of Vegan Nutella on half of the rectangles and add sliced banana on top.
  4. Cover with another rectangle, sealing edges by pressing down or crimping with a fork.
  5. Cut thin strips from leftover pastry and lay them over each pie for a mummy effect.
  6. Brush with dairy-free milk for shine.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Once slightly cooled, drizzle melted dairy-free white chocolate on top and dust with icing sugar.
