Ingredients

  • Bone-in chicken breast
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Fresh garlic, minced
  • Chicken broth
  • Dijon mustard
  • Wholegrain mustard
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Potatoes, peeled
  • Milk or cream
  • Carrots, trimmed
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Butter

Instructions
