  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 ripe plantain, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • Sliced avocado for garnish
  • Salt, pepper, chili flakes (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Sear the salmon skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes; flip it and drizzle with honey or maple syrup. Cook until caramelized (total time: 8-10 minutes).
  2. In another skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and fry sliced plantains until golden brown on both sides (2-3 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels and sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
  3. In the same skillet used for plantains, add spinach and sauté until wilted (2-3 minutes). Optionally add minced garlic or lime juice.
  4. Assemble your bliss bowl by arranging glazed salmon alongside fried plantains and sautéed spinach. Top with sliced avocado.
