  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons cream or milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×4 or 9×5 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, ¼ cup sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and egg until smooth.
  3. Slice each biscuit in half horizontally and coat in the remaining sugar mixed with cinnamon.
