  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ½ package frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • onion powder, salt & pepper (to taste)
  • fresh green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, soup, milk, cheese, and seasonings. Mix well.
  3. Pour the filling into the frozen pie crust shell.
  4. Roll out a second thawed pie crust to create a top layer—cut into strips or shapes for a decorative finish.
  5. Place the top crust over the filling, and brush with milk if desired.
  6. Bake on a baking sheet for about 35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
