1 tbsp milk (optional)
1 tsp butter
1 cup baby spinach
45 cremini or button mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp olive oil
Garlic, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms along with garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and soft (about 5-7 minutes).
In the same pan, quickly sauté the spinach until just wilted; season lightly.
