  • 10 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup reserved pasta water (optional, for thinning the sauce if needed)
  • Fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken chunks with Cajun seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden brown; remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining 2 tbsp butter and garlic; cook until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, then stir in cheeses until melted and smooth.
  4. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, then add chicken back to the skillet. Simmer briefly to heat through.
  5. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
