- 1 lb. seedless green grapes
- 1 (11-oz.) bag caramels
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. finely chopped raw or roasted peanuts
- Whole semisweet chocolate chips or sprinkles
- Wash 1 lb. of seedless green grapes thoroughly and pat dry.
- In a small pot over medium heat, melt 1 (11-oz.) bag of caramels with 1/4 cup of heavy cream until smooth.
- Using toothpicks, dip each grape into the warm caramel, covering halfway up the sides, then immediately coat the bottom in chopped peanuts.
- Place coated grapes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set before serving.
