  • 1 (3.4 oz) box vanilla pudding mix (instant)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and cut it into triangles.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened; fold in powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Place a tablespoon of pastry cream at the wider end of each triangle and roll tightly from base to tip.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. For the glaze, heat heavy cream until boiling; stir in cocoa powder until smooth.
  7. Once cooled slightly, dip the tops of the croissants in chocolate ganache.
