  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for brushing on pie)
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar (for topping pie)

Instructions
